Position: Dermatology Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Position Type: Full-time position practicing from a single location

Position Overview: 

• Primarily focus on general and medical dermatology.
• Surgical procedures are also available for those interested.
• See a guaranteed minimum of 36 patients in your first 90 days.
• Determine the patient volume that aligns with your comfort after that.
• Current providers see 36-45+ patients per day.
• Receive dedicated support from 2-3 experienced medical assistants.
• Utilize EMA software for streamlined operations.
• This position is available due to practice growth and expansion.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Receive a competitive guaranteed base salary plus percentage of collections and comprehensive health benefits.
• You can also expect to receive malpractice insurance, licensing fees coverage, CME days and allowance, generous vacation time, holiday pay and a 401(k) with a 4% match.
• Qualified candidates are eligible for up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Current NP or PA license in Massachusetts.
