We currently seek a Nurse Practitioner to join our Primary Clinic CMHC, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm.

To qualify, you must possess:

• Minimum 3 years FNP experience
• Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current NYS licensure and registration
• ANCC/AANP Certification
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with Community Referring Providers
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

We prefer:

• Nurse Practitioner experience in Behavioral Health

Salary Range: $145,000 plus experience and certification pay.
