This facility operates a well-established outpatient psychiatric clinic that provides comprehensive mental health services to the local community. The clinic features a collaborative care model where physicians work alongside nurse practitioners to deliver high-quality psychiatric care in a supportive environment.

Physician - Psychiatry

Job Details:
• Outpatient Psychiatry position at clinic in Worcester, March 16-20
• 30 hours per week schedule working 5 days, 6 hours per day
• Partner with a Nurse Practitioner to see approximately 15-20 patients in the program
• Manage approximately 52 patient encounters per shift
• Treat various psychiatric conditions including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders
• Utilize various treatment techniques including pharmacotherapy, group therapy, family therapy, and ECT
• Experience with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, and restraint application preferred
• Board Certification required
• Must have active Massachusetts medical license
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30-60 days

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
