Registration Open for October Multidisciplinary Conference

Registration is open for the first multidisciplinary conference focusing on long term care.  The conference is supported by PARADIGM-LTC and will be held on Friday evening October 21st & Saturday October 22nd at Foxwoods in CT.

The conference focus will be on Medication Management in LTC particularly addressing Anticoagulants, Diabetes, Congestive Heart Failure and Antibiotic Stewardship.  

Alice Bonner will be giving the keynote address on Friday night.  Saturday is a full day with indepth presentations on Diabetes, Anticoagulation, Congestive Heart Failure and Antibiotic Stewardship.  NE GAPNA will be having a member meeting at the conclusion of the conferencee on Saturday.  

NE GAPNA is excited to have members participating in the conference.  Celina Cardenas will participate in the Diabetes panel, Beth Rowlands will participate in the Anticoagulation panel and Linda Barnard will be the moderator for the Congestive Heart Failure panel.
