What are nurse practitioners practicing in the independent New England states that do not require a collaborative agreement doing to satisfy the Medicare reimbursement requirement that nurse practitioners provide services in collaboration with a physician?

I just bill as usual and have received my typical payment. I have been CMS-Medicare and Medicaid certified for years. There has been no impediment or change:)
